Effective 14 September 2026

This covers the appraisal form — the only place this website asks you for anything.

What we collect

What you give us in the form: photos of your cards; your name, email address and phone number; and what you tell us about the cards — the kind, how many, whether any are graded, their condition, cash or store credit, how you would get them to us, and any note.

We also record the country your connection comes from. Your IP address is used for about two minutes to stop repeated submissions, then discarded.

Location and camera details are removed from every photo before it is stored.

Who else handles it

The companies that host this website, store the photos, run the bot check, deliver our email and provide our staff email accounts handle your information to provide those services. When you submit, the bot check sees your IP address and browser details so it can tell people from bots. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics: when a page loads, it sends Cloudflare how the page loaded (such as the address visited and load times). Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not collect or use visitors’ personal data, and it sets no cookies.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell, rent or trade your information, and we never publish your photos. This website sets no cookies and has no advertising trackers, and no advertising company collects information about you through it. We don’t track you across other websites, so we don’t respond differently to a browser’s Do Not Track setting.

Emails from us

We will email you about your appraisal, and occasionally about what we are buying. Reply at any time to stop the second kind.

Keeping and deleting

We keep your submission so we recognise you if you come back. To have it deleted, email buyer@pikapawnshop.com with your reference number or the email address you used. We will delete your photos and details, including the copies in our staff email, and tell you when it is done. Our email delivery provider keeps its own copy for up to 30 days.

If you sell us cards, California’s second-hand dealer law can require us to keep a record of the sale, including your ID. We will not delete what the law requires us to keep.

Seeing or correcting your information

Email the same address and we will tell you what we hold, and correct anything that is wrong.

Changes

We will change the date above when this page changes. If we change how we use information you have already sent us, we will email you first.
